Schalor I. Blackshear, Esq.
Real Estate Agent & Defense Attorney
I grew up in Section 8 housing, often dealing with slum landlords—though I didn’t fully understand it at the time. My early experiences shaped my desire to make a difference. Eventually, I began investing in real estate—buying, renovating, and renting or flipping properties.
When my business faced challenges due to non-paying tenants and poor business decisions, I went through multiple foreclosures. I still remember calling the lending company for help and being told, “There’s nothing you can do—just wait for the sheriff’s sale notice.” Unfortunately, I believed them.
Years later, as an attorney, I realized that advice was wrong. Had I known the law back then, I could have fought to save my property.That experience drives my passion today—to help others protect their homes and their rights.
Now, I represent clients in foreclosure defense, criminal matters, personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate, and family law.
I am also a proud U.S. Army Veteran who believes in discipline, resilience, and keeping God first. Outside of work, I enjoy working out and exploring new experiences.
